Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and photos of the item.
Receive Authorization
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
